Fintology Financial Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 17, 2026 · Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Fintology AI Technologies LLC

This Privacy Policy explains what Fintology AI Technologies LLC ("Fintology", "we", "us") collects when you use Fintology Financial: the website at deposits.fintology.ai, the launch list, the Fintology Financial application and every account, card, transfer and reward feature (together, the "Service"); how we use and share it; how we protect it; and the choices and rights you have. It is part of our Terms of Service. Fintology Financial is not a bank. The licensed partners who provide the regulated parts of the Service collect and process your information under their own privacy notices, which you receive when you open an account.

1. Who this policy covers

This policy covers visitors to deposits.fintology.ai, people who join the Fintology Financial launch list, people who apply for or hold a Fintology Financial account (personal or business), teammates given a card by a business account owner, and people who use Fintology Financial inside a partner's portal or at a Fintology Money Center. It does not cover the Fintology funding platform (fintology.ai and partner portals), which has its own Privacy Policy, except where this policy says so.

2. What we collect

2.1 Information you give us

2.2 Information created when you use the Service

2.3 Information from others

3. Where it comes from

Directly from you; automatically from your device and your use of the Site and the App; from our licensed partners who provide the regulated parts of the Service; from Fintology funding partners whose portal you use; and from the service providers, merchants, offer networks and fraud-prevention services described in this policy.

4. How we use it

PurposeExamples
Provide the ServiceOpen and run your account, show your balance and activity, process the transfers you ask for, issue and manage cards and teammate cards, pay rewards, produce statements and receipts, answer your support requests.
Verify and protectPass your information to our partners for identity, business and sanctions checks; detect, investigate and prevent fraud, unauthorized access, money laundering and other prohibited activity; enforce our Terms; secure our systems.
Meet legal dutiesKeep the records the law and our partners' programs require; respond to lawful requests from courts, regulators and law enforcement; report as required by tax and anti-money-laundering laws.
Communicate with youSend account and transaction notices, security alerts, statements, changes to terms, and replies to your questions. Send launch and product emails you have agreed to receive, with an unsubscribe in every one.
Improve and personalizeUnderstand how the Site and App are used, fix problems, test and improve features, and choose rewards and offers for you from your card purchases (only after the period of card use the App describes).
Lender matching (only if you opt in)Use a summary of your account activity to improve the funding matches shown to you or your partner on the Fintology funding platform (Section 7).
Pay partnersWork out what a Fintology funding partner earns from the Service, from totals of fee and rewards revenue, never from your balance (Section 8).
MarketingTell you about Fintology Financial features and about Fintology products you may be interested in, by email or in the App, subject to your choices. We do not use your account or card activity for advertising on other companies' sites.

5. When we share it, and with whom

6. What we never do

7. Lender matching: your opt-in

Fintology's funding platform matches people and businesses to lending products. If you want, your Fintology Financial account can help: with your permission, we use a summary of your account activity (monthly money in, average balance, cash-flow trend), never your raw transactions, to improve the funding matches shown to you or your funding partner. This is off by default. You turn it on in the App (or at sign-up) with wording like "Share your account activity with Fintology's lender matching to improve your funding options. Turn it off anytime." You can turn it off at any time in Settings, after which the summary is no longer used. A lender sees that summary only if you apply to that lender and agree again at that step. Each use is logged, and the log is shown to you in the App.

8. Partners who offer Fintology Financial

If you opened your account through a Fintology funding partner (a broker, advisor or business using the Fintology platform), that partner can see that your account is open and the status of activity it is allowed to see (for example that a transfer or a funding payout landed), so that it can support you and your funding. The partner never sees your card number, PIN, identity documents, login or raw transactions. The partner may earn a share of the fee and rewards revenue Fintology receives from your account's activity; that is calculated from totals, never from your balance, and does not change what you pay. A partner running white-label issuing under its own brand sees the same limited status information, and Fintology and its licensed partners still provide the Service under this policy.

9. Cookies, analytics and advertising

The Site uses cookies and similar technologies: essential ones that make the pages work and protect the forms; analytics that tell us how the pages are used (page views, clicks, approximate location); and, on the launch pages, advertising measurement that tells us which campaigns brought visitors who signed up. Campaign tags (UTM parameters) and the referring page in the link you used are saved with a launch-list sign-up. You can control cookies in your browser; blocking essential cookies may stop forms from working. Where our pages carry the Meta Pixel or similar measurement, the same first-party cookies and the same Your Privacy Choices switch described in the Fintology Cookie Policy apply, and turning on "Do not sell or share" at fintology.ai/privacy-choices (or sending a Global Privacy Control signal) stops that measurement on these pages too. The App does not carry third-party advertising trackers.

10. How long we keep information

We keep account, transaction and verification-result records for as long as your account is open and then for at least five years, because anti-money-laundering, tax and payments rules require it; some records are kept longer where a dispute, investigation or legal hold requires. Launch-list emails are kept until you unsubscribe or until launch marketing ends, whichever is sooner, and then deleted. Support records are kept for three years after the last contact. Device and analytics logs are kept for up to 24 months. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it so it no longer identifies you.

11. How we protect information

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information: encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest for sensitive fields; access limited to staff and providers who need it, with logging; multi-factor authentication for staff and for your login; monitoring for unusual activity; and regular review of our providers. Our licensed partners run their own security programs and are examined under their own regulatory regimes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will tell you and the authorities as the law requires. You help by keeping your login private and telling us at once of anything suspicious.

12. Your choices

13. Your rights under state privacy laws

Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you and how we use and share it; to receive a copy in a portable form; to correct it; to delete it; to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising, or use for certain profiling; and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Much of the information we hold about an account is exempt from these laws because it is covered by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (Section 14), or because we must keep it under anti-money-laundering or tax law; where that is so, we will tell you. To make a request, email support@fintology.ai with the subject "Privacy request" or call +1 (800) 448-1103. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming control of the email and phone on your account) before acting, and will respond within the time the law requires, usually 45 days. You may use an authorized agent; we will ask for proof of their authority. If we decline a request, we will tell you why and how to appeal. We do not sell personal information, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out of sharing for targeted advertising.

14. The Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act notice

When you hold a Fintology Financial account, the federal Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) treats the information we collect to provide it as "nonpublic personal information". Financial companies choose how they share it, and the law gives you the right to limit some but not all sharing. We share your nonpublic personal information only as the law permits: with our licensed partners and service providers to run your account; to protect against fraud and unauthorized transactions; to respond to court orders and legal investigations; with regulators; and, where you have told us to, with lenders or your funding partner. We do not share it with non-affiliates for their own marketing, and we do not share it with affiliates for their everyday business purposes or marketing except as described in this policy, so there is nothing further for you to limit. Our licensed partners each provide their own GLBA notice. If this changes, we will send you a revised notice and tell you how to opt out.

15. Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, and under-18s may not open an account. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

16. Where your information is processed

We are based in the United States and process information there. Some of our service providers may process information in other countries under contracts that protect it. By using the Service you consent to your information being processed in the United States.

17. Links to other sites and partner services

The Site and App link to fintology.ai, to our partners' pages (for example a card application or identity check hosted by a partner), to merchants' sites in rewards, and to social networks. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

18. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. If a change materially affects how we use or share your information, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect by email or in the App. The current version, with its effective date, is always at deposits.fintology.ai/legal/privacy.html; earlier versions are available on request.
